Shipping Information

We would like to inform you that we are currently only delivering to EU countries. The usual delivery time for most countries is 5-10 working days.

 

Please note that all orders will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as they are produced, which usually takes 2 to 4 working days. Sometimes it is much faster and sometimes it can take an extra day if there is more interest in a new release than expected or there are a lot of orders.  Paintings can take, longer because they require a huge amount of time. All orders are shipped in the order they are received. You will always receive a tracking number once the piece(s) have been shipped.

 

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs or VAT (value-added tax) charges that may be incurred. Customs and VAT charges are completely separate from shipping costs and cannot be anticipated, changed or paid by the seller. Please check your country's tax regulations before ordering.

 

During Christmas and busy times of the year, delivery may take slightly longer.

In the case of Christmas, last orders are accepted until 12 December

Orders received after this date will be shipped in January.
